Immigration: Understanding The Biden Administration’s Immigration Policy, The Border, And The Bay Area

Register in Advance for Zoom here

According to a recent Axios Survey by The Harris Poll many respondents expressed romanticism about previous generations of immigrants and strong skepticism about today’s immigrants.  Historians say this idea is rooted in myth about the nation’s immigrant past.  The poll also shows that current sentiments are partially based on misconceptions which are largely untrue.

And, the Biden Administration’s immigration policy was passed with bipartisan support in the Senate, but was blocked from even coming to the floor in the House so that the Republican’s can use this issue in their election campaigns.  What is the policy about, what other policies are being considered, and how does this, and the lack of further immigration reform, impact immigrants coming onto this country and the US overall?

What is going on with immigration and immigrants coming to California, the Bay Area and Napa County?

Come to this informative meeting to hear from the experts in this field.

2024 Election Strategy

These Swing States could determine the Presidential Election

Graphic by Swing Left.

What we are doing in now.  We are targeting 6 of these Swing States (electoral college votes): Nevada(6), Arizona(11), Wisconsin(10), Michigan(15), Pennsylvania(19), and Georgia(16) for a total of 77 Electoral College votes of the required 270 votes needed to become President.

Five of these Swing States also have toss-up US Senate races that we will need to win in order to keep the Senate.  This is critical and it won’t be easy, but we can do it!  For our 2024 Election Strategy and maps, go here.
